Open Source Sales Management

Welcome Sales Managers!  This is my experiment with what I call “Open Source Sales Management”.  Simply put, this is a place where Sales Managers can share ideas with one another.  No high-priced consultants, seminars, or training; Just real advice from real Sales Managers.

There are a lot of us out there.  And many of us don’t get any formal training in managing people, much less salespeople.  We were probably pretty good salespeople with some leadership qualities when  an opportunity to move into management presented itself and we jumped.
